Special Occasion & Ball Makeup/Hair: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and protects Micki in the event of cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Weddings: A non-refundable Booking Fee of $150+GST is required to secure your wedding date, which includes the cost of bridal trials. Payment of the Wedding Booking Fee confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Wedding Booking Fees are non-refundable unless the booking is canceled by Micki.
Invoices for wedding day services will be sent 1 month prior to the wedding date and are due within 7 days of receipt. If payment is not received by the due date, Micki reserves the right to cancel your booking unless otherwise discussed.
Any additional costs on the day (e.g., extra lashes or services for additional people) will be invoiced after the wedding, with payment due within 7 days.

For cancellations after final invoices have been paid and schedules sent, payments can be held as credit for a future postponed date. However, cancellations are otherwise non-refundable.
Please note that last-minute cancellations significantly impact Micki's ability to rebook your reserved date, especially during peak wedding seasons.

In the event of a postponement, Micki will accommodate your new date where possible. Payments already made will be transferred to the new date, except where the date conflicts with an existing wedding booking. Weddings will be prioritized over other types of makeovers or events.

If Micki is unable to perform services due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and all deposits or payments will be fully refunded.
If the bride or members of the bridal party are unwell on the wedding day, Micki requests advance notice to make alternative arrangements if necessary. Refunds for cancellations due to sickness will not be provided; however, credit for future services may be offered at Micki's discretion.

Price: Spray tans are $40 for a full body spray tan.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment and no-shows will incur a $40 fee, equal to the cost of the service.
Payment Terms: By booking a spray tan, clients agree to this policy. If payment is not made at the time of cancellation or no-show, credit card details securely stored on the booking system may be charged the full $40 fee.

Payment of the Wedding Booking Fee confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
By booking with Micki, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Micki reserves the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met or if the environment at the venue is unsuitable for providing makeup services.
